Teachers need professional development programs that guide conversation about the content they are teaching and effective strategies for delivering that content.
While data should drive these conversations by identifying areas in need of improved instructional methods and strategies, it should not dominate the conversation. The most effective model includes local professional development designed to help teachers use data from high-quality assessments to develop more
effective instruction.
All of the following courses are available either on-site at your school or at a location selected by Kinney and Associates.
